What is a
HIP, do I need one?
The UK
Government has stated that Home Packs for home sellers are required by law
as from 1st August 2007 to provide a pack which initially is required for
4 bedroom homes.
Later this year it is intended to roll out packs to
include all housing in the residential sector, with the exception of
housing in the rental sector which will be included in October 2008. |
