them or hate them, HIP packs are coming, but is it bad press or
public misconception about home packs. Some say the public take too
much notice of media reports and newspaper articles with poor
remarks. However, during HIP trials prior to 2007 most home sellers
and buyers agreed that the process was much better. |

where is it, the full roll out is some way off but what of flats, 2
& 3 bed houses. Estate agents may get in a fix when describing a
3 bedroom house with er.. is it a box room? or another bedroom? Who
decides - most likely the property valuer most people would say. |

house prices, but realistically is this possible. How can a seller
say that for a few hundred pounds on a home pack their house will
lose thousands in the process. |
