Energy Assessment Ratings for Homes & Buildings Existing Property

Existing Commercial or Industrial units energy assessment ratings will be carried out by a Commercial Energy Assessor. 

The assessor will also be responsible for the inspection of air conditioning systems. Heating systems will also require inspection by qualified engineers who will inspect and provide a report on new and existing installations.

Domestic Energy Assessment training is applicable to inspection of existing dwellings, including rented property and accommodation.

Air Tests - New Dwellings & Housing Developments

Air Tightness Testing of New Build Homes is required under Building Regulations L1A for Air Pressure Testing, Air Leakage Testing and Air Permeability Tests for compliance with the latest regulations.
