ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES EPC FORUM

Energy assessors: have your say on HIP home information packs, energy performance certificate (EPC), and inspection trade professionals issues including surveys, techniques, problems and the good and bad aspects of the home inspection industry.

The impact of home inspection and the introduction of energy certificates on the property market will have a significant impact on home buying and selling.
