Commercial Buildings EPC
If you own, rent or lease a commercial property you will
require an Energy Performance Certificate from October 2008.
Energy surveys for commercial premises will be inspected by Non-Domestic
Energy Assessors (NDEA),
also known as (CEA)
Commercial Energy Assessors. If the building has an air
conditioning system installed, inspectors known as Air
Conditioning Assessors will be required to carry out an
energy assessment survey of the system. Ensure your system is
running in an energy efficient way, refer to Energy
Saving and Air
Conditioning Inspectors to find out how the inspection
will affect your company or business.
