August 1st 2007 is the deadline, the question is if there are
enough assessors to cover the available market under the hips
scheme. With initially 20% of the market open for inspection at
this time many trainees were stuck in the training assessment
bottleneck
It
seems the problem is there are not enough training assessors
available to plough through all of the coursework which must be
verified by the examining bodies.
There's
a lot of work to be done before the deadline, lets hope there are no
more delays on the introduction of the HIP scheme.
